RASPBERRY-BASIL ICED TEA

Raspberries are a low-fructose fruit, and antioxidant-rich black tea may help foster healthy gut bacteria.

In a large saucepan, bring 6 cups water and 1/ 3 cup honey to a boil. Remove from heat; add 4 black tea bags and 5 basil leaves. Cover; steep 3–5 minutes. Discard tea bags and basil.

Combine 10 oz fresh raspberries and 2 cups water in a blender; blend 1 minute. Press mixture through a fine-mesh strainer into a bowl. Discard solids. In a large pitcher, combine tea, raspberry juice and 2 Tbsp lime juice. Refrigerate, covered, until chilled. Serve over ice, garnished with raspberries, lime wheels or wedges and basil. Serves 8.
